Aiming to support the development of human resources at the Forest Management Unit (KPH), the West Kalimantan Provincial Forestry Service, supported by FORCLIME, conducted training needs assessment in Pontianak and Putussibau on 7-18 October 2019. The activity was carried out through interviews and focus group discussions (FGD). The process of identifying training needs involved 39 people from the West Kalimantan Provincial Forestry Service, KPH Kapuas Hulu Selatan, KPH Kapuas Hulu Utara, KPH Kapuas Hulu Timur and forest farmer groups who are assisted by KPH Kapuas Hulu.
Results from the interviews and FGD will be analyzed by FORCLIME Team and will be presented in a workshop to be held in November 2019.
